Welcome to Plum Bro’s Bathroom Showroom, where we bring your dream bathroom to life with our state-of-the-art 3D design technology. Our expert team are here to help you visualise and customise your space, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.

We would like to clarify that while we provide a design process, we do not consider ourselves designers. Our role is to offer guidance and support in various areas, as we understand that the journey can be overwhelming at times. Our goal is to alleviate that stress, ensuring you have a more straightforward experience. We build on your ideas and themes that resonate with you, but we do not create mood boards or themes on your behalf.

Choosing a 3D design offers numerous advantages. It allows you to consolidate all your ideas into one cohesive visual, enabling you to envision your bathroom prior to installation. This process helps you pinpoint the ideal products that align with your style while staying within budget.
We are always available to address any questions or inquiries you may have after your purchase and prior to installation.

Our Design Process

Step 1: Consultation

Start with a Free consultation at our bathroom showroom with our knowledgeable team to discuss your ideas, preferences, and budget.

Step 2: Information

We will need as much information from you as possible, such as your preferred colours for floors, wall panels, and tiles. What style of bathroom you would like, photos of products or a written list of what you have seen.

Step 3: After Your Free Consultation

After discussing your ideas with one of our team members, we will ask for payment for your 3D design, which is £150 for a single bathroom. This fee will be refunded if you make a purchase of over £1000 with us.

Step 4: Form and More Information

Next, we will give you a “Bathroom Measurement Fact-Finding Form.” You can take this form home to record all your measurements.
Additionally, we would appreciate a few more details from you, including:

A sketch of your bathroom layout, indicating the locations of doors and windows. Including any sloped ceilings, soil pipe, boxing in
Information about your house type and plumbing system
Insights from any discussions with a plumber or bathroom fitter regarding what is feasible
Photos of your current bathroom
Any inspirational ideas you’ve come across that you would like to share or what you have discussed with a member of our team already.

The more information you provide on this form, the better! You can email the completed form along with any additional information to plumbros19showroom@gmail.com or visit us in person, and our team will gladly assist you in collecting everything from you.

Step 5: Creating Your Design

We will begin creating your design after receiving your measurements. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your designs. Depending on our current workload, this timeline may be extended, but we will inform you if the wait time exceeds the initial estimate.

Step 6: After Your Design is Complete

When your design is ready, we will email the images to you and inquire if you would like any amendments or updates. We allow for two changes to your designs; any additional modifications will incur an extra cost.

Step 7: Finished Designs

Once the designs are finalised, we will email them to you. These will include 3D rendered images, allowing you to visualise how your bathroom will appear with your selected styles. You can then share these designs with your plumber or post them on social media to showcase them to friends and family.

We will schedule a meeting with one of our team members to finalise your product selections. At this stage, you will receive a detailed quote, deducting the £150 design fee. You can then place an order for a delivery date that works for you. Depending on stock availability from our suppliers. Most of our bathroom suppliers deliver the next working day or within 2-3 working days. For special items, delivery may take longer, but we will always keep you informed. Additionally, if you are located in the South-East, delivery is free!
